Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Because our products are designed for personal use and sensory experience, some exceptions apply.

Candle & Fragrance Product Guidelines

  • Candles, wax melts, incense, and body products cannot be returned once used or burned.
  • Fragrance perception varies naturally — scent preference alone is not considered a defect.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

If you’re unsure about a scent, smaller formats or sampling options are recommended when available.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or beauty items
  • Perishable goods (plants, food, flowers)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it thoughtfully.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete a return first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
